Jonathan S. Rosen, CEO and General Counsel / Founding Partner
As Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, and one of the founding partners of Brittany House Pictures, Jonathan S. Rosen, oversees the company's management, business development and legal affairs. After graduating from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Rosen studied at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1992.

Rosen served as law clerk to federal judges on both the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals. While practicing law at Shearman & Sterling, Rosen represented global media, entertainment and telecommunications companies and was involved in Viacom's $10 billion merger with Paramount. He then served as Senior Counsel and Director of Business Development for AT&T Corp., as it grew to one of the largest cable companies in America. He was responsible for structuring and negotiating some of AT&T's largest commercial transactions and was recognized by Chairman C. Michael Armstrong for his outstanding contributions to the company. In addition, he represented AT&T in its $5 billion acquisition of IBM's Global Network business.

Rosen currently acts as Executive Advisor for Undergroundfilm.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting independent filmmakers with their audiences via digital distribution technology. Rosen is a member of the Entertainment Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
